Delaware Is At It Again; Pick What Gender You Want to Be!

The State of Delaware is at it again, they have put together a newly revised “anti discrimination” proposal (225 Prohibition of Discrimination) which will allow students to choose any of the following as their identity.

“race, ethnicity, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, genetic information, marital status, disability, age, gender identity or expression.”

For example a Caucasian boy could choose to become an African American girl and be entitled to anything that an African American girl would be entitled to, including the bathrooms. The original proposal allowed a child to do this without parental consent; the new proposal requires parental consent for minors, and some are calling on the Governor to take out the parental consent requirement.

Regardless of if the proposed law requires parental consent, the main issue is that it allows for a child to make these changes. Granted there will probably be fewer that make the change due to parental consent, but I am sure that there will still be some who do it.

This proposed law will also enable the following to be taught.

IMPORTANT: Reg. 225 invites teaching material like the "genderbread person" or the "gender unicorn" to be used in the classroom, regardless of age. According to Delaware law and this regulation, parents don't have to know a thing about it.

IMHO to enact a law that will allow students to be taught that it is ok to be whatever race, gender, etc that they want to be and then to allow them to change their gender, race etc and be officially recognized and entitled as such is very harmful to the well being of a child. I also believe that this angers God greatly.

The last time they tried putting the proposal through, exactly 29 days after the proposal was introduced Delaware was hit with a 4.1 earthquake that occurred just 6 miles from the Delaware Department of Education. I believe this earthquake was a warning from God (original post below).

The Delaware Earthquake; Delaware You Have Been Warned

If you live in the mid-Atlantic region you may have heard or even felt the rare Delaware earthquake. The room I was in, which was in Northern DE, shook and I heard a rumbling like thunder. Right away I said to the others in the room that we just had an earthquake.

It struck on 11/30/2017 at 4:47:31. At first they said it was a 4.4, then a 5.1 and finally a 4.1. The earthquake occurred about 6 miles from Dover, DE at a depth of 8.1 KM which equals 5.03311 miles. According to the historical records; since 1677 this earthquake tied with the largest earthquake ever recorded in DE—a 4.1 on 10/9/1871.

I don’t have a lot of time, so I will get right to the point. Delaware you have been warned—I believe that this earthquake was a warning from God.

Delaware you have sinned against God in a mighty way.

DE House passes abortion bill despite fiery opposition.

Delaware is first U.S. state to enact abortion rights law under Trump.

Delaware Legalizes Abortion through all Nine Months.

The law that was passed was SB 5. And the earthquake was how deep? 5 miles. The earthquake occurred 175 days or 22 days and 5 months (225) from when the Governor signed the law. The number 225 is part of the next item.

Now get this; on November 1, 2017 the DE Dept. of Education put forth a proposal (DE Admin. Code 225) to allow Delaware students to choose what race and gender they want to be—WHAAAT?

Regulation would let students "self-identify" gender, race without parental OK.

Public comment is being considered until 12/4/2017—I believe God put His comment in.

The earthquake occurred 29 days (2 + 9 = 11 the number of rebellion) after the proposed law was put forth. The earthquake occurred 6.29 miles (5.47 NM) from the Delaware Department of Education.

I know all of this was just coincidence (wink) and none of this has anything to do with what Delaware has done and is proposing to do, right?

Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. Prov 14:34

History has shown that when a nation or people group sin against God and others in a major way, that judgment will follow. Case in point: the Japan tsunami and the ongoing Fukushima disaster.

Delaware I believe that God is warning us, and if we continue down our path of sin, that God will remove His protection from our state and allow satan to deliver a mighty blow against us.

Delaware do not allow proposal 225 to go through. If you do, then I believe that a major judgment will come against us. What and when I do not know, but let me tell you that I have had several dreams of an East Coast tsunami and in one of them parts of Delaware were under water.

BTW; I gave a warning for a natural disaster to hit two years prior to 9/10-11/2017, as you may be aware Irma hit Florida on 9/10-11/2017 . I also had a dream in 2010 in which I was told the destruction of an Island paradise, which I saw in my dream, would occur at a time equal to the distance from Oklahoma City. On 9/20/2017, which was 2039 days from my dream, Hurricane Maria destroyed an Island paradise exactly 2039 NM from Oklahoma City.

Again how and when judgment will fall if this proposal goes through, I do not know, but I am confident that it will. Let’s hope and pray that the First state will not be the first state to pass such a ridiculous and grievous law.

I Pet Goat II Predictive Programming: One State Will Be Gone! Which One Will It Be?

Most of you are aware of the infamous I Pet Goat II predictive programming film. In the film just after the Psalm 23 Donald Trump reference is shown, it shows a scene where part of the American flag which includes one star, is ripped off and floats away.

To me this is saying that during the Trump presidency, or just after, one of the states will either secede from the union or be “ripped” from the union. Those possibilities cause me to think about the soon to be released Trump peace plan.

It is being reported that the proposed plan, if adopted, will divide the land of Israel—which will take some of her land and give it to her enemies. In the past God has done in turn to nations, what they have done to Israel as explained in this post;

So if the plan gets adopted and some of Israel’s land is taken, will it result in some of our land being taken in turn? Is this what is shown in I Pet Goat II when the star is ripped from the flag? Will a state be taken from the union? And if so which state will it be?

I have heard it said that when God begins to judge a land it starts on the outer fringes and then the judgment moves inward. Last summer several outlying U.S. territories were devastated by Hurricanes, which fulfilled my Paradise Lost dream to the day, from 2012. If the progression will continue then we would expect an outlying State to possibly be next.

So what is next, a state on the outer fringe of the USA? You know what state I am referring to; Hawaii. And you know what is happening in Hawaii. And you have probably heard of some of the worst case scenarios being talked about. And you may have heard about the dreams people have had.

Will the land of Israel be divided? And if so will our land in turn then be divided? If so will it result in a state being ripped from our land? And if so is this what is depicted in I Pet Goat II? And if so will it be Hawaii or will it be Texas or California, which have both talked about seceding from the Union?

Watch the peace plan and what develops—I believe if we divide Israel, God will bring a harsh judgment upon our land--earthquake, tsunami, a State ripped from the Union, strong storms, economic turmoil, terrorist action, etc. are all possibilities.

Here Comes the Trump Peace Plan and Here Comes Judgment!

Several news sites are reporting that President Trump is getting ready to make known his peace plan for Israel and the Palestinians and will include the dividing of Jerusalem. The revealing of this plan is tentatively scheduled to follow Ramadan—mid to late June 2018.

Report: Trump Administration Plans to Reveal Middle East Peace Plan Next Month. Sources say Jared Kushner and Jason Greenblat are briefing various partners on the plan's details and aim to roll it out after Ramadan.

In the past whenever peace plan initiatives were put forth that involved the dividing of Israel and or Jerusalem judgment fell upon the nations involved. One very clear example of this was Hurricane Katrina—the USA forced Israel to rip up some of her settlements and days later Hurricane Katrina ripped up some of our settlements.

3 Lines to Israel; One for Life, Two for Death

Another was when President Obama took actions against Israel and Hurricane Matthew followed.

On other occasions when nations have strengthened Israel’s enemies judgment has followed. This was the case with the Japan earthquake and ensuing Fukushima disaster.

That brings us to the Trump peace plan and it appears that it will both strengthen Israel’s enemies and divide Jerusalem!

Officials have told the Post that the product of the Trump plan would ultimately result in sovereignty for the Palestinians, but that the document itself is not likely to include “two-state” language.

The plan will include Sovereignty for the Palestinians, which will strengthen them and even though it is being reported the language will not likely include “two state” language. I ask how can you have a sovereign nation and it not be another state? And how about the dividing of Jerusalem—look at this report.

Trump’s Peace Plan Reported: Four Neighborhoods in Jerusalem as PA Capital.

According to the report, Israel will be called upon to relinquish four sections of Jerusalem that will serve as the capital of a newly formed Palestinian state…

It has already been reported that the agreement will include total US support for Israel in anything concerning the Iranian nuclear weapons program. The US will also support Israel in the international forum should Israel decide to act directly against Iran. The US support in will include substantial military aid, including advanced weaponry, should a conflict break out with Syria or Iran, even if the conflict is initiated by Israel.

Thus based on the reports above it looks as if the Trump peace plan will include the dividing of Jerusalem and a sovereign PA state whose capital will be in East Jerusalem. Even though the plan does include the support of the USA against some of Israel’s enemies it unfortunately also includes strengthening some of her enemies and the dividing of Jerusalem.

As demonstrated above, when nations have taken actions against Israel, judgment has fallen. In my opinion if this plan is carried out and Jerusalem is divided judgment will fall upon the USA. I think that is also possible that judgment will fall upon Israel if they agree to this.

What kind of judgment(s) may fall? The possibilities are many. Here is one regarding Hawaii.

Note: in that post it was explained that both dreams occurred on February 20th, one in 2008 and one in 2012. February 20, 1901 was the day that the first Hawaii legislature met. In researching this post I discovered an article that featured February 20, 2018—it was the day Mahmoud Abbas spoke at the U.N. regarding the Palestinian issue.

It was very interesting that this date popped up again. The odds that all 4 events occurred on the same day of the year are about 17 billion to one. Here are a few more possibilities of judgments.

I do not know the exact details of the Trump peace plan, but if the reports are accurate it will strengthen some of Israel’s enemies and will include the dividing of Jerusalem. In the past when nations have done this judgment has fallen. If Israel agrees to this I believe judgment will also fall upon her also.

I asked God to give me a passage for this post when I randomly opened my Bible for morning devotions. I turned to Jer 14 and 15.

Chapter 14

1 The word of the Lord that came to Jeremiah concerning the dearth.

2 Judah mourneth, and the gates thereof languish; they are black unto the ground; and the cry of Jerusalem is gone up…

7 O Lord, though our iniquities testify against us, do thou it for thy name's sake: for our backslidings are many; we have sinned against thee.

8 O the hope of Israel, the saviour thereof in time of trouble, why shouldest thou be as a stranger in the land, and as a wayfaring man that turneth aside to tarry for a night?

9 Why shouldest thou be as a man astonied, as a mighty man that cannot save? yet thou, O Lord, art in the midst of us, and we are called by thy name; leave us not.

10 Thus saith the Lord unto this people, Thus have they loved to wander, they have not refrained their feet, therefore the Lord doth not accept them; he will now remember their iniquity, and visit their sins.

11 Then said the Lord unto me, Pray not for this people for their good.

12 When they fast, I will not hear their cry; and when they offer burnt offering and an oblation, I will not accept them: but I will consume them by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence.

Chapter 15

2 And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith the Lord; Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the captivity, to the captivity.

3 And I will appoint over them four kinds, saith the Lord: the sword to slay, and the dogs to tear, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the earth, to devour and destroy…

6 Thou hast forsaken me, saith the Lord, thou art gone backward: therefore will I stretch out my hand against thee, and destroy thee; I am weary with repenting.

That is a good summary passage of what happens to a nation when it turns away from God. America has turned away from God in so many ways and the judgments upon our land have been steadily increasing. Eventually America as the End Times Babylon of Revelation will be destroyed. Dividing the land of Israel will only add to our sins and hasten and increase the severity of our judgments.

USA: DO NOT DIVIDE THE LAND OF ISRAEL!!!

To President Trump; if you want to make America great again, DO NOT DIVIDE THE LAND OF ISRAEL!!! This will bring swift judgment upon our land.

Hawaii: Dreams of a Paradise Lost; Will There Be a Double Fulfillment of the Dream?

In 2012 I had a dream about the destruction of an island “paradise.” As you will see below, I believe that this dream was fulfilled in the destruction of St. Croix after category 5 Hurricane Maria slammed into her in September of 2017. It is also possible that this dream could have a double fulfillment and it could involve the destruction of Hawaii.


First let me share the dream, show you it’s first fulfillment and show you why there may be another fulfillment yet to come involving the destruction of Hawaii.

The Dream

On President’s Day, 2/20/2012, just after midnight I had what I believe to be a dream from God involving that picture. Here is how I remember it; a man came running into the room where the tropical island paradise wall mural is. He was an average build man, with medium to light complexion and a short beard. He looked scared to death; he had a look of stark terror and fear on his face and was in a panic, but did not or could not say anything. I think I called to him a couple of times loudly and asked; “what is wrong?” He did not answer. The next thing I saw was the wall mural of the tropical island but I could not see any of the scene, it had turned a smoky--cloudy black and gray similar to what is depicted below.

Later the same night I had another dream; I remember seeing a Google Earth picture of a city and I heard “check the distance from Oklahoma City.” My response was; “Why Oklahoma City, what does that have to do with anything?”

The Fulfillment

On 9/20/2017 Category 5 Hurricane Maria slammed into St. Croix doing catastrophic damage and then subsequently slammed into Puerto Rico with devastating destruction.

As you read above, in my dream I was told to check the distance from OKC. The distance from OKC to a location on the south shore of St Croix is 2039 NM. There are 2039 days from 2/20/2012—the day of my dream to 9/20/2017—when Maria slammed into St. Croix.

Thus I believe my dream was fulfilled. There is reason to believe that there may be a double fulfillment of the dream and that it may involve Hawaii and or Mt. Rainier.

A Double Fulfillment?

The mural involved in the dream was an actual picture of a beach scene from Hawaii. This leads me to believe that possibly there may be a future double fulfillment involving Hawaii.

As most of you are aware the Hawaii Kilauea Volcano eruption has been in the news lately. Some are concerned that sea water could enter the lava chamber and cause a Krakatau type eruption and some are concerned that the Hilina slope could break off causing massive tsunamis in the Pacific basin.

So will there be a double fulfillment of my dream? I am not sure but with the recent volcanic activity in Hawaii and the possible scenarios proposed it is certainly a possibility.

Another reason why I believe Hawaii may someday experience a devastating event is the dream of another  blog writer; Cindy by the Sea who formerly lived in Hawaii. She had a dream about the destruction of Hawaii and sent the following to me—we had our dreams on the same day 4 years apart.

William, my dream ( I know because I recorded in a journal at the time) was in the early morning hours of Feb 20th 2008. William, Feb 20th is also the date of your dream! Any possibility, your dream has to do with Hawaii

Hi Bill, Thanks for writing back, I have a lot to share with you that I think may be helpful. First of all my dream, it came in the early morning hours of Feb 20, 2008. It was one of the most vivid dreams I have ever experienced. So, much so, that I made sure I wrote it down and dated it the next day.

In the dream, I received a phone call from a friend, who was living in Hawaii at the time but, had a Wisconsin phone number. When the phone rang, I clearly saw the caller ID light up - Wisconsin in neon blue letters. So, I knew immediately, who was calling.

When, I answered the phone, all my friend said was "doomsday" - no hello or greeting, just "doomsday". Puzzled by this I said, "What?" He repeated it; "Doomsday, look out your window".

So, I looked out the window from my second floor bedroom, where I could see a large mushroom cloud - the unmistakable signature of a nuclear blast forming over Honolulu. Terrified, I told him, "I want you to come here now!" Knowing even as I spoke, it would be absolutely futile for anyone to escape that cloud."…

Cindy also emailed me and told me that “The first Hawaiian legislature met on Feb 20, 1901.”

Hawaii also has a connection to the tsunami cloud sign that was in a line from the Temple mount to the 3/11/2011 Japan earthquake/tsunami and may be a sign of a future judgment.

The Tsunami Sign--A Warning to the Nations

All of this definitely adds another dimension to this whole discussion.

How About the Distance/Date?

How far is the Hawaii volcano from OKC? It is 3183 NM. If we used the 2/20/2012 starting date and went 3183 days into the future that would put us at Saturday, November 7, 2020.

I have no idea if this date has any merit or not, just throwing it out there for consideration.

Conclusion

Will there be a double fulfillment of my dream of a paradise lost and if so will it be Hawaii—the actual location of the mural in my dream? And if it is Hawaii will it happen on one of the distance/dates given above or another date altogether? Let’s not forget about Mt. Rainier it could also be involved.

Considering Cindy’s dream we also have to add in the possibility of a nuclear and or volcanic explosion. What if the powers to be believed that a Hilina slope/tsunami event was imminent and they wanted to save the West Coast, USA. What if they calculated and believed that if they planted a nuclear charge in the right location on Hawaii they could possibly diffuse the destruction of a Hilina slope tsunami event. What if they then blamed it on North Korea. What if…

I must be delusional; of course they wouldn’t sacrifice Hawaii for the sake of the West Coast USA and blame it on North Korea—that would be wacko conspiracy nonsense. If they believed the Hilina slump was going to go, they would tell the truth about the situation, calmly evacuate the island, and then blow it up.

Is Hawaii in line for judgment? I do not know, let’s pray it is not.

I received an email from Cindy regarding Wisconsin.

Hi William, Good afternoon. Thank you for once again referencing me on your blog.  I tried to post a couple of comments but not sure they went through. It occurred to me that one piece of the puzzle regarding my Hawaii dream has finally been revealed. If you recall, the dream started with a phone call which originated from Wisconsin. At the time I had a flip phone which would light up on the outside with the location from which the call originated. All these years … ten now …. I was wondering …. why Wisconsin ??? …. what is the connection?. 

Then I remembered when I had researched the name sometime back that there was something about red in regard to the name Wisconsin so I looked it up again today and as it turns out …. Wisconsin comes from a native American word which means …. a river running through red rock …. William that sounds like LAVA to me …. could it be the mushroom cloud I saw was not nuclear …. but rather connected to the volcano … I'm just not sure ….. hoping to do some more thinking on this today … an up date on my blog perhaps later, we'll see.

I was thinking about Wisconsin myself and I think that your analysis is good. I had a thought about the neon blue of Wisconsin. One of the proposed Hawaii disaster scenarios is if sea water intrudes into the lava chamber. This could result in a catastrophic explosion. So maybe the neon blue represents sea water and the word Wisconsin has a probable reference to red rock—Lava. Putting it together a river of water running through red rock/lava—explosion!
