Who or what is this sentient being that they are referring to that will control the QFS? Well if it was a human being they would most likely have never included the term sentient being. Sounds like a comic book story doesn’t it? Well, it is not a fictional story, it is actually what is being stated, and there are well meaning people that actually believe all of that is real. And what do they say will happen if the QFS does not occur, as revealed in the Quantum screenshot above?
If we do not create a banking system that is fair to all nations, then 8 billion people will die as a result of World War III. The earth will be turned into a radioactive cinder block as a result of unfair banking policies.
If you ask me, it sounds like an “order out of chaos” scenario. In other words it’s a trap of satan, just like the fruit in the garden of Eden--looks good on the outside, but it results in death!
At this point it is difficult to say if the QFS is the “Mark” system or just a forerunner of it, though it definitely looks like it will be a part of that system. But if the QFS is really going to happen, and it is imminent, then big changes are going to take place very soon.
The way I envision this whole thing rolling out would be for us to see the Mid-East centered WW3, then a worldwide financial collapse, then the death of ¼ the world’s population—Seals 2-4. Then to the rescue comes the “sentient being”/ET false messiah along with the QFS, GESARA, Med Beds, free energy, etc. to rescue the world from its problems and to bring us into the “utopian age of Aquarius.” He will also bring his Seal 5 persecution of Jews and Christians and the "mark."
Another possible scenario would be for the old monetary system to be shut down with the QFS system taking its place. Then after that system is in place WW3 and the other seals and then the mark is instituted.
I believe the first scenario is more plausible. And here is something to keep in mind in regards to the timing of all this; “god Will Return On July 26, 2022”.

The decree will likely be marked by history as the official beginning of World War 3.
The military plan which is referenced in the Presidential Decree describes the use of "hybrid warfare" to re-conquer Crimea and Sevastopol, and the military plan explicitly acknowledges these actions will openly war against Russia!
Of course this Russia/Ukraine conflict may not be WW3 just more wars and rumors of wars.
So whether or not this end times alien/demonic/antichrist takeover and all that goes with it, including the QFS, will happen tomorrow, next month, next year, or in a few years, I do not know. But by all accounts it is near to occurring.
Imagine one day we wake up and find a blank page when we try to access our bank accounts, and the next day we receive an invitation to join the QFS and are told if we join all our missing money will be restored and then some. What will you do, have you prepared? And remember the rescue via the rapture will not occur until after Seal 6 has been opened.
Please understand, I am not trying to scare anyone but to help us all think about and prepare for what might be coming. As they say "to be forewarned is to be forearmed." Over the years prophecy watchers have been intently following any possible war developments in the Middle East. We realize that if war breaks out it could be the war of prophecy—Seal 2—that will spill over into the whole world.
3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

In secular circles I believe that this Seal 2 world war matches with what they call WW3.
The
Third World War is supposed to be triggered by war between Judaism and Islam

So is this it; is WW3 about to get started? I am not sure if this is just more sabre rattling or if it is the real thing—time will tell. And if we are in the last 7 years and if Seal 1 has already been opened then that means that Seal 2 is next. And right on its heels comes the Seal 3 worldwide financial collapse, followed by the Seal 4 death of ¼ of the world’s population.
Then after the world lies in ruins, the false messiah antichrist comes on the scene to save the world from all its problems. This will include a new financial system where no one can buy or sell without the “mark”—Seal 5. And how close is the new financial system? Real close.

So is this it? Is the button ready to be pressed to let the red horse out of the starting gate? I hope not, but be ready just in case. There is a lot of chatter going on about an RV/GCR, NESARA, GESARA, and the QFS. These possible future events, if they occur, will most likely be end times Bible prophecy related. What is NESARA and GESARA?
National Economic Security and Recovery Act (NESARA) was a set of proposed economic reforms for the United States suggested during the 1990s by Harvey Francis Barnard. Barnard claimed that the proposals, which included replacing the income tax with a national sales tax, abolishing compound interest on secured loans, and returning to a bimetallic currency, would result in 0% inflation and a more stable economy. What is the RV or GCR?

is a belief that one day the U.S. dollar will collapse, which will affect the

What is the QFS?
QFS stands for Quantum Financial System… it’s an off-world monetary system which cannot be rigged, in contrast with the current financial system. THE NOVELTY OF THE QFS
According
to the Galactic Connection site
“the activation of the QFS, the Galactic Alliance will completely destroy the Central Banking System that has been designed to destroy the world economy and put the world population into perpetual debt slavery.” This will be the path to humanity’s liberation from this kind of slavery.
Hmmm… benevolent extraterrestrial Galactics! Wow, that tells me all I need to know. Many Bible prophecy researchers, including myself, are fully convinced that ETs, whether benevolent or not, are nothing more than fallen angels/demons masquerading as beings from other planets. Their mission is to lead the world into an end times trap through acceptance of the ET messiah antichrist and all that it entails.
So realizing that ETs are involved in these things sends up many red flags! Think about what God tells us is coming in the future during the end times in regards to a financial system—the mark of the beast, where no one will be able to buy or sell without it.
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

This beast mark financial system will come about after the opening of Seal 5 when the antichrist takes over the world at the midpoint of the last 7 years. And how do you think they are going to keep track of everyone on earth and control their finances so that people without the mark will not be able to buy or sell? Does the QFS fit the bill? Look what else they are promising will go along with all of these coming financial changes.

As you just heard Dr. Charlie Ward says the QFS is very close; if it is, and if it is the Seal 5 beast mark system, and not a forerunner of it, then realize before it happens we will see WW3 (Seal2), a global financial collapse (Seal 3), and the death of ¼ of the world’s population (Seal 4).

So what are we to make of all of this; is the RV/GCR, NESARA/GESARA, and the QFS the coming beast monetary system described in scripture, or is it just a forerunner of it?
Realizing that ETs are connected to all of this alerts me to be very wary, because I realize that even though something may appear good on the outside, it may be rotten on the inside.
And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. Gen 3:6
Don’t get me wrong, I am not against fiat money being backed by precious metals or commodities, nor am I against free energy machines, and medical advancements, etc. But just because something appears to be good, does not mean that it is; one has to consider the source and the ramifications.
As a kid, before I was saved, I remember watching the Wizard of OZ movie; it was a good witch bad witch drama. (Note: For many reasons I do not recommend watching that movie, one of which is because it is used as training for neophyte witches.)
The point I am trying to make, which the film portrays, is that there are witches that do bad and there are witches that do good. But according to God’s Word, both are bad, because they derive their power and abilities, whether they know it or not, and or how well-meaning their intentions are, from satan.
So just because NESARA/GESARA, RV/GCR, and the QFS appear to be good on the outside, we must examine their source and their ramifications. If their source is ETs and their ramifications are that they are the beast system, then it should be opposed and not participated in.
So at the very least all of this RV/GCR, NESARA/GESARA, and the QFS needs to be watched very closely, it may be a fore runner of the beast system, or it may be the beast system itself. And if it is the beast system it should be opposed. And if it is imminent, then the horses of Seals 2-4 are ready to be released to trample upon the earth.
