Jesus said the greatest commandment is to love God with all your heart mind and soul. Do you love God? Jesus also said that if you love me you will keep my commandments. So in order to love God you must keep His commandments. It is that simple.
So the answer to the question; Do you love God? is answered by your keeping His commandments. Thus it stands to reason that the degree to which you keep the commandments is the degree to which you love God.
What commandments are Christians to keep? I could not list them all but let's start with a few.
1. The 10 commandments
2. Being baptized
3. Attending a Bible believing, Bible preaching church
4. Tithing
5. Witnessing, ministering to others
6. Abstaining from sexual immorality
7. Abstaing from worldy practices; smoking, drinking alcohol, rock music, unwholesome TV, movies, internet.
In my mind I can hear some people reacting to this calling me a legalist because I say it is wrong to do this or that as a Christian all under the guise that we are under "grace." Yes as Christians we are free, but not free to sin. As Christians we are responsible for all of our actions and if we sin there will be a consequence to pay.
Some Christians I have met feel that they are free to do whatever they want as long as scripture does not literally say no. For example they say it is OK to smoke because scripture does not say "thou shalt not smoke." I call these Christians "Outback" Christians--"no rules, just right." These Christians unfortunately are justifing licentiousness because they fail to realize that a Christian is responsible to obey all the commandments of scripture whether they are literal or are derived by principle.
For example; it is clearly wrong to smoke because it violates several principles of scripture--our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit thus we should not do anything to intentionally harm our body.
So what does this have to do with the end times? One of the things we need to do to get ready for the end times and the Lord's return is to remove sinful practices from our life. I have been in the ministry for over 20 years and I have seen a lot of destroyed families and children because the parents allowed harmful things into their home, like rock music, alcohol, evil books, movies and video games.
I have seen too many destroyed lives and families because of the "grace" movement. A Christian must obey all the commandments and principles of scripture. To escape this obligation stating that we are under grace is a grievous error.
If you love Me you will keep my commandments.

Are You a Prepper?
And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares Luke 21:34
What the great God and Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ is basically telling us is to be prepared for the end times. Are you a prepper? In other words are you preparing for the end times?
Of course the first and most important preparation for the end times is to make sure that you are saved. If you are not sure that you are saved then read God's Gift of Salvation. Assuming most people who are reading this are saved what other preparations should you make for the end times?
Let's consider some possibilities of what might transpire on the earth during the end times; Nuclear war, financial collapse, Pandemic, large earthquakes and storms, etc.
Let's face it, we are faced with some scenarios that are not too pleasant to think about. What are Christians doing about it? Most Christians I know have done nothing to prepare for the possibility of being faced with infrastructure crippling situations.
Why? Is their heart "overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life," or are they afraid that they might be labeled in an unpleasant way? Or maybe they naievely think that nothing bad will happen before the rapture?
Many have been warning bad times are very possible in the near future and things could go downhill very quickly--just watch the video to get an idea.
Wake up brother and sister, and take heed to yourselves so that day does not come upon you unawares! Be a prepper!

North Korea and the Antichrist
Just saw on the news where North Korea has attacked South Korea. I have always kept my eye on North Korea in regards to end times Bible prophecy because of what I learned about her from Cutting Edge Ministries as quoted below.
Now, let us return to our subject of North and South Korea. On page 222-3, of his book, Lemesurier makes a very cryptic statement about Korea. "But then war will seldom be absent from the world-scene during the last twenty years of the century. There will be numerous local conflicts in the Far East, the Middle East, and Africa. A hair-raising nuclear confrontation in Korea may, towards the end of the period, threaten man's very survival."
The book that he is referencing is The Armageddon Script by Peter Lemesurier which is suppose to be a blueprint for what the evil ones are going to bring upon the world to produce antichrist. The page number 222 caught my eye--that is the time on the clock on the back of the hundred dollar bill which when folded looks like the aftermath of a nuclear explosion. 222 is also ciphered on the dollar bill which I detail in The Dollar Code. I just remembered--God brought to mind--that I had an occurrence with 222 and North Korea which I wrote about in The Dollar Code.
(Note: One evening while I was in my car I was praying about what I had found on the dollar bill and what it might entail for the United States. As I was driving my car odometer reached 66622.2 at that exact moment I had the radio on and was listening to Dr. Savage and his guest was talking about the North Korean nuclear threat.)
Will the conflict that started today escalate into the "hair-raising nuclear confrontation" envisioned in the book? Will it escalate into WWIII? If this conflict escalates what might the eventual scenario be? Here is how David Bay of Cutting Edge envisions how it could develop.
In other words, the New World Order Plan envisions a staged nuclear confrontation in Korea. This statement places at least the North Korean Government inside the New World Order Plan, and probably South Korea, as well....
Thus, the outlines of this scenario are all to plain to see:
1) North and South Korea begin a short period of a 'war of words'
2) Both sides begin to move massive numbers of men and material up to the front
3) Led by the U.S. President, the Western world swings in solidly behind South Korea, and the U.S. begins to move additional military units to South Korea.
4) After proper posturing, North Korea attacks. After penetrating some short distance, North Korean troops begin to be destroyed as American troops, equipped with the same lopsided margin of capability as we had against Saddam Hussein, rapidly kill North Koreans by the tens of thousands.
5) In desperation, North Korea then launches a limited number of nuclear weapons or threatens to do so.
6) America rapidly comes to the aid of South Korea, rushing in nuclear capability
7) China, likewise, backs North Korea
8) Now, the confrontation is between China and America, both threatening each other with nuclear annihilation. The world panics -- At the same time, in the Middle East, Israel is annihilating her Arab protagonists, setting the stage for the planned appearance of Antichrist. The world panics -- At the same time, Arab terrorists strike American and European cities with wide-spread terrorism, and threatening to use nuclear devices. The world panics -- At the same time, riots erupt in American cities. America panics -- Maybe the Stock Market goes into a free fall, reacting badly to the out-of-control events. The world panics -- Possibly, we learn that unidentified craft from outer space are approaching the Earth. Possibly, UFO's and Aliens are seen all over the world. The world panics.
9) China suddenly invades Taiwan, now that U.S. forces are stretched to the breaking point between the conflict in the Middle East and the Korean Peninsula. Since America does not have adequate Naval carrier groups to adequately defend Taiwan now that we are fully committed between the Middle East and Korea, China is fully willing to "seize the moment" to attack Taiwan.
Now, this planned war is truly a "World War". The world is going through the final birth pangs to produce Antichrist. [Matthew 24:8 is being fully fulfilled]
Suddenly, amidst all this panic, we learn of a "Man of Peace" who has arisen East of Jerusalem, claiming to be the Jewish Messiah, Jesus Christ, Mohammed, Buddha, and other world avatars, all in one person. And, to back up his claim, he is dazzling the peoples of the world with displays of supernatural power.

3. Ps 35:1-6; Plead my cause, O Lord, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me. Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine help. Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation. Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt. Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the Lord chase them. Let their way be dark and slippery: and let the angel of the Lord persecute them.
4. Ps 39:8-13; Deliver me from all my transgressions: make me not the reproach of the foolish. I was dumb, I opened not my mouth; because thou didst it. Remove thy stroke away from me: I am consumed by the blow of thine hand. When thou with rebukes dost correct man for iniquity, thou makest his beauty to consume away like a moth: surely every man is vanity. Selah. Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear unto my cry; hold not thy peace at my tears: for I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were. O spare me, that I may recover strength, before I go hence, and be no more.
5. Ps 43:1-5; Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man. For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles. Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God. Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
6. Ps 51; Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee. For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.
7. Ps 86; Bow down thine ear, O Lord, hear me: for I am poor and needy. Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee. Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily. Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. Give ear, O Lord, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications. Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear. Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good. Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness. Let thy mercies come also unto me, O Lord, even thy salvation, according to thy word. So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word. And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments. So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.
9. Ps 119:133-135; Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts. Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.

Eph 1:17-23; That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
11. Eph 3:16-21; That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Col 1:9-11; For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
14. I Thes 3:10-13; Night and day praying exceedingly that we might see your face, and might perfect that which is lacking in your faith? Now God himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way unto you. And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you: To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

Sixth Seal Rapture
Note: This was one of my first posts, I felt prompted to repost it. I would also like to ask you to pray for an unspoken need I have at this time. Thank you.
Did you know that the rapture will not occur until after the sixth seal is opened? This may be different from what you have been told all of your life, but it is a conclusion from scripture that I can easily show you is true.
In 1 Thes 4:15 – 5:2 we read; 15For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18Wherefore comfort one another with these words. 1But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
In this passage God the Holy Spirit speaking through the apostle Paul is teaching the Thessalonians about the rapture and calls the event “the day of the Lord.”
Fact: The day of the Lord is when the rapture occurs.
In Acts 2:20 we read; The sun shall moon shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come.
Fact: The day of the Lord occurs after the moon is turned to blood.
The moon is turned to blood after the sixth seal is opened as described in Revelation 6:12.
And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood.
Fact: The moon is turned to blood after the sixth seal is opened.
Let’s put all the facts together in chronological order to see the conclusion.
Fact: The moon is turned to blood after the sixth seal is opened.
Fact: The day of the Lord occurs after the moon is turned to blood.
Fact: The day of the Lord is when the rapture occurs.
Conclusion: The rapture occurs after the sixth seal is opened.
This conclusion is confirmed in Rev 6:15,16 where we clearly see a description of the rapture;
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
At this point in time the rapture has occurred and all the people of the world have seen the Lord in the air, that is why they say “hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne.”
This is also the time at which God’s wrath begins. It is that simple; the rapture occurs after the sixth seal is opened. Remember “the truth shall set you free.” By the way the sixth seal is opened during the persecution of the antichrist, which begins after the abomination of desolation at the midpoint of the last 7 years.
