What You Might Not Know About the Rapture: According to Jesus

 

In Matthew 24 the disciples asked Jesus about the end of the world and Jesus gave them an overview of what would happen and in what order the events would occur. And he specifically told them what events would precede His return at the rapture. Let’s listen to the Word of God and see what it reveals. 

1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. 

2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. 

3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 

Tribulation; Seal 1 to 4 

4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 

5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 

6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 

7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 

8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

 

Great Tribulation; Seal 5

9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. 

10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. 

11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. 

15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 

16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: 

17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: 

18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. 

19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 

20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 

21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 

22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. 

23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. 

24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 

25 Behold, I have told you before. 

26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. 

27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 

28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

 

Seal 6 

29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

 

The Rapture 

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. 

32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: 

33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. 

35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. 

36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 

37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 

40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

 41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 

42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. 

43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. 

44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. 

Jesus made it clear that the rapture occurs after the Sixth Seal is opened. Why do so few believe it? Maybe it is because they have been taught the wrong thing for so long that they are unwilling to listen to what Jesus actually said.

Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. Luke 21:36

The September 2025 Rapture: The Shocking Truth Behind the Prediction

 

There has been a lot of chatter about the rapture occurring on 9/23/2025—Rosh Hashanah. I can tell you without hesitation and with 100% confidence that the rapture will not occur on 9/23/2025. 

The reason that I can say that is because the rapture is not imminent and has never been imminent and will not be imminent until several things occur first, such as the takeover of the world by the antichrist, the abomination of desolation, and the mark of the beast. 

After those things occur, then and only then, will the rapture be imminent. Thus, the rapture will not occur on Rosh Hashanah this year, I can 100% guarantee it because of what God’s Word says. Here is one of the supporting Bible passages. 

1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 

Our gathering unto Him is the rapture. 

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 

The day of Christ/rapture is not at hand, not imminent. 

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 

Don’t be deceived these things must happen before the rapture; the antichrist must come to power, and perform the abomination of desolation. 

5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 2 Thes 2 

So, what do those verses say? Let’s sum it up; the rapture—coming of our Lord Jesus Christ—will not occur until after the abomination of desolation occurs when he sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 

So, NO RAPTURE ON ROSH HASHANAH IN 2025! 

Now, what I see as the possible next major prophetic event, which may occur this fall and may be around Rosh Hashanah, is the dividing of the land of Israel. 

And if that occurs, my prophetic research has led me to believe that great earthquakes will occur throughout the world, even possibly the dividing of the USA—think New Madrid fault, as you listen to this bit of nostalgia.

The Most Neglected End Times Verse in the Entire Bible

 

There is a verse in the Bible that is vitally important to a proper understanding of an essential end times doctrine. The verse clearly states an end times fact that if heeded, would drastically change the theology of many. 

Let me explain; I recently had occasion to listen to a message about 1^st Thessalonians by a pastor from a fundamental Bible believing independent Baptist church. His message was representative of what the vast majority of pastors and Christians believe. 

In his message he affirmed the following point: That the rapture occurs during the Day of the Lord period of time. He supported this assertion with the following verses. 

But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 

For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 1 Thes 5:1,2 

He reasoned that the event that occurs as a thief in the night is the rapture and that it occurs as the first event in the period of time known as the Day of the Lord. 

I agree with his interpretation—the rapture is the first event of the Day of the Lord period of time. 

Another end times truth that he brought forth was that Christians will not be subject to God’s wrath. He supported this assertion from 1 Thes 5:9 

For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, 1 Thes 5:9 

I agree with his interpretation—Christians will not be subject to God’s wrath. 

Based on those two truths he and many thousands of pastors and Christians falsely reason that since the last 7 years is God’s wrath, that the rapture has to occur before the last 7 years begins. 

First off, the last 7 years is not entirely God’s wrath, which we will discuss later, but their logic fails to take into account what I call the most neglected end times verse in the Bible—Acts 2:20. 

The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come: Acts 2:20

 

That verse clearly establishes when the Day of the Lord begins, and the rapture occurs. That verse tells us that the Day of the Lord and rapture occurs after the sun is darkened and the moon is turned to blood. That end times truth is also given to us in the Old Testament. 

The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come. Joel 2:31 

Revelation 6 tells us that the sun is darkened, and the moon is turned to blood after the opening of Seal Six. 

And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; Rev 6:12 

Thus, the Day of the Lord and the rapture has to occur after Seal Six is opened. 

Sound logic demands this, yet most pastors and Christians fail to incorporate the essential end times truth of Acts 2:20 into their rapture doctrine—thus the most neglected end times verse in the Bible IMHO is Acts 2:20. 

The end times truth that the Day of the Lord and the rapture occurs after the opening of Seal Six is even confirmed in the Seal 6 Passage. 

15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 

16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 

17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? 

What do those verses tell us is the reason why men hide? They hide because they see Jesus in the sky. This is what happens at the rapture, Jesus appears in the sky and the saints are caught up to meet the Lord in the air? 

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thes 4:17 

Earlier in this post I explained how the pastor incorrectly reasoned that the rapture occurred at the beginning of the last 7 years because he believed that all of the last 7 years consisted of God’s wrath. However, the passage above clearly states when God wrath begins—after the opening of Seal Six. 

For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? Rev 6:17 

The last 7 years is not all wrath, there is tribulation (Seals 1 to 4), Great tribulation (Seal 5), and God's wrath (Seal 6 to Armageddon.)

Conclusion: 

1. The rapture occurs as the first event of the Day of the Lord time period. (1 Thes 5:1,2) 

2. Christians will not be subject to God’s wrath. (1 Thes 5:9) 

3. The Day of the Lord occurs after the sun is darkened and the moon is turned to blood. (Acts 2:20) 

4. The Sun is darkened, and the Moon is turned to blood after the opening of Seal Six. (Rev 6:12) 

5. Therefore, the Day of the Lord and the rapture occurs after the opening of Seal Six.

 

6. This fact is confirmed by the appearance of Jesus in the sky and the beginning of God’s wrath after the opening of Seal Six. (Rev 6:15-17) 

Why do Christians choose not to believe this?

Heavenly Signs of the End Times Part 2

 

In Part 1 the groundwork was laid to establish the thesis that the signs of the Seals consisted of Sun—Jupiter conjunctions that was preceded by the sign of the woman clothed with the Sun on 9/23/2017 and shortly thereafter Jupiter being born out of Virgo. 

Now let’s consider the Biblical meaning of the constellations that the conjunctions occur in and see what that reveals in regard to our thesis. Keep in mind that the Sun—Jupiter conjunction when the rider on the horse received a crown was only important because of the constellation it occurred in. 

Seal 1: Sagittarius—the conquering Messiah. Jesus is the conquering Messiah but after Seal 1 is opened it is the false messiah that will conquer and come to power after the white horse has finished his ride throughout the earth. 

1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. 

2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. Rev 6:1,2

 

Seal 2: Capricorn—the atoning one. Jesus shed His blood to atone for the sins of the world, and after Seal 2 is opened it is blood that is shed after the blood red horse has finished his ride throughout the earth. 

3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. 

4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. Rev 6:3,4

 

Seal 3: Aquarius—the blesser. It is God that gives us His blessings and sends the rain on the evil and the just. And after Seal 3 is opened and the Black horse finishes his ride throughout the earth it is God’s financial blessing to a great degree that will be removed from the earth. 

5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. 

6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. Rev 6:5,6

 

Seal 4: Pisces—the redeemer. It is Jesus that has redeemed us and offers to all an abundant life here on earth and in eternity. But after Seal 4 is opened and the pale green horse finishes his ride life will be taken from one fourth of the inhabitants of the world. 

7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. 

8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. Rev 6:7,8

 

So, we have a pattern of Jupiter—Sun conjunctions in constellations whose Biblical meaning is the antithesis of what the opening of the Seal brings forth. Is this by chance, or are we looking at the signs of the Seals? 

Now let me be clear, I am not saying that the seals were opened when the signs occurred, for one thing I find that impossible. For example, the 12/25-26/2019 sign, when the rider on the horse received a crown, cannot be the date that Seal 1 was opened, for if it was, since its opening is within the last 7 years, then at this writing we would be past the midpoint, which would require the antichrist to have already taken over the world. 

Thus, since that has not occurred, then I believe that the 12/25-26/2019 sign was not the date of the opening of Seal 1, but just a sign of its imminent opening, with the opening of the Seal at a later date. I believe this should then also be the case for the Seals 2 to 4. 

Let’s further test our hypotheses and look to the future and see when the next Sun—Jupiter conjunctions occur. 

The next one occurs in Taurus—the coming ruling one—on 5/19/2024—the day of Pentecost. The antichrist is the antithesis of the righteous coming ruling one, and it is the antichrist that will rule the world for 42 months. Is this the sign of Seal 5? 

9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: 

10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? 

11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled. Rev 6:9-11

 

And what is so special about the 5/19/2024 date? If the last 7 began on 10/8/2020, then according to end times date parameters the ac will take over the world on 4/19/2024, and 5/19/2024 just so happens to be one month after and would be a probable time for the Seal 5 mark of the beast antichrist war against Jews and Christians to begin. 

Let’s continue following Jupiter’s journey. The next Sun--Jupiter conjunction will occur on 6/24/2025.

 

Is this a sign of the opening of Seal 6—that is that the opening of Seal 6 would be sometime after 6/24/2025? Note also that the conjunction occurs in Gemini—the coming Prince. Is it not the Great Prince Jesus that comes to the clouds at the rapture at the beginning of the Day of the Lord to take His bride home? 

12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; 

13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 

14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. 

15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 

16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 

17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? Rev 6:12-17 

Let’s keep following Jupiter to reveal all of its end time message. The next Sun—Jupiter conjunction is on 7/28/2026 in Cancer—the atoned ones. And who will be in Heaven after the Seal 6 rapture? The atoned ones will be in Heaven. 

9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; 

10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. 

11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, 

12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. 

13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? 

14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 

15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. 

16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. 

17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. Rev 7:9-17

 

The next conjunction is on 8/31/2027 in Leo—the Lion of the tribe of Judah prevails. Is it not the Lion of the tribe of Judah that will come back to the Earth at the battle of Armageddon to prevail over the devil and set up His righteous millennial kingdom? 

And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. Rev 5:5

 

Let me also point out that according to end times date parameters if the last 7 years began on 10/8/2020, then day 2520 and the beginning of the bowl judgments will occur the day after that sign on 9/1/2027. 

And finally on 9/30/2028—the day of atonement in 2028—the Jupiter comes full circle and conjuncts with the Sun in Virgo—the promised seed—where Jupiter started this journey 11 years  and 9 days (inclusive) prior in the 2017 sign of the woman clothed with the sun. And it is the promised seed that will destroy the devil. 

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Gen 3:15 

And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Rev 12:9

 

And remember this quote from above about the orbit of Jupiter; “Years to orbit the Sun: 11.9 which means “Loves the Word of God” (119)” So there is a match with the 11 and 9. Also if the last 7 began on 10/8/2020, then Jesus will have returned to earth and established His millennial kingdom in the fall of 2027 and 9/30/2028 will be the first Day of Atonement celebrated in the millennial kingdom. 

(Note: if the last 7 began in 2021, then the 9/30/2028 conjunction would be 5 days before the beginning of the Millennium.) 

So, there we have it, after the 2017 sign of the woman clothed with the sun Jupiter is born out of Virgo and starts its journey through the skies telling its end time message in Sun-Jupiter conjunctions in the constellations.
