The Hildegarde Prophecy and Comet ISON—Good Bye America the Babylon

Recently I ran across a prophecy which is claimed to be from a Nun named Hildegarde who lived in the 12^th century. The prophecy caught my attention because it talks about a comet and great destruction to the great nation in the ocean. Here is the pertinent info from this prophecy that I would like to bring to your attention.

"Before the Comet comes, many nations, the good excepted, will be scoured with want and famine. The great nation in the ocean that is inhabited by people of different tribes and descent by an earthquake, storm and tidal waves will be devastated.  It will be divided, and in great part submerged. That nation will also have many misfortunes at sea, and lose its colonies in the east through a Tiger and a Lion.

The Comet by its tremendous pressure, will force much out of the ocean and flood many countries, causing much want and many plagues. [After the] great Comet, the great nation will be devastated by earthquakes, storms, and great waves of water, causing much want and plagues. The ocean will also flood many other countries, so that all coastal cities will live in fear, with many destroyed. All sea coast cities will be fearful and many of them will be destroyed by tidal waves, and most living creatures will be killed and even those who escape will die from a horrible disease.

The prophecy centers on the appearance and effects of a great comet. It says that before the comet there will be want and famine in many places. When the comet appears it will exert great pressure upon the earth causing flooding and plagues. After the comet appears the great nation in the ocean will be devastated by earthquakes, storms, tsunamis, disease, physically divided and partially submerged. The great nation will also suffer military defeat by a Tiger and a Lion.

How does this prophecy ring with you? In regards to end times Bible prophecy, this prophecy rings pretty true to what I have envisioned will happen to the end times Babylon America, the great nation in the ocean inhabited by people of different tribes—she will be utterly destroyed. (Note: In case you are not convinced that America is the end times Babylon and that she will be destroyed, read Chapter 8 of The Coming Epiphany; entitled O America!)

All of this will result in the utter destruction of America as we know it. Good bye America, your sins have reached unto heaven, God will not be mocked, and you will be judged.

Revelation 14:8

And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

Revelation 18:10

Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.

The Hildegarde prophecy above certainly rings true with what many have been saying is likely to occur in the future, and what scripture says will happen to America the Babylon—she will be destroyed. Now the big question is; when?
