A commenter on a recent post wanted to know if I had issued any watches that had come true or come to fruition. I replied that I would get them together. So, here they are in chronological order.
Note: I will be the first to admit that not all of my watches have come to fruition. And if I get one right it is by God’s enabling, and if I get one wrong it is because I got it wrong. And past successes do not guarantee future successes, but it does factor in.

Note: With all those watches coming to fruition ask yourself the question as to why I am ignored by the Christian community at large. Very rarely are my articles ever picked up by other Christian sites. Is it because I am not a pretribber and they are afraid of the backlash?
Think about this; if a psychic or some other religious guru had just one of those things come true, like the paradise lost dream, like I did, they would be plastered all over the news. Why not me, why am I ignored? Hmm…

William....You just keep posting stuff contrary to pretrib... why?....because you believe so and so do most of your readers...including myself!!
ReplyDeleteYou could change to pretrib and then you would have all kinds of lap dogs lining up to have their itchy ears m-a-s-s-a-g-e-d....your readership would skyrocket.....but your message would plummet.
I am a hard sell and a show me type....The day I saw the light was like an "epiphany" moment...and you could not have picked a better word to title your book that is on my shelf. That word "epiphany" is my favorite new word I have learned in the last ten years. Just yesterday I was talking to another person about an epiphany moment. She had her head tilted like the RCA dog asking.."Explain "epiphany".??...I thought a couple of seconds and just said an epiphany is "sudden awareness". She just lit up as that was about as boiled down to brevity you can define that word.
Back to my thought...
What troubles me is that many people fear what is coming...and it's only human nature to take the path of least resistance. "Hey...we are going to be raptured out of here, their ministers soothe their ears with.
Well...I see Christians receiving the ultimate tribulations around the world in much poorer countries....tortured...then death. Now, anyone, please tell me how one could go through any worse? Then our country and several other well off ...fat and happy countries...have lived some very happy and productive lives. I know I have been blessed building curved stairways for 30 plus years ...but yet knowing I am not close to being worthy of such a life...
So why should many of us think we are going to escape tribulation? Its called normalcy bias... We just think nothing terrible will happen to us since its been so relatively free of trouble. Simply because many of us again want our itchy ears massaged and our head patted that we will escape all these things. You William take a much harder, less popular stance...and keep coming back with more clues against pretrib.
My faith builds the more I see prophesy fulfilled. Faith casts out fear, and I know when the really bad stuff starts happening, the fearful sights I will be experiencing will be met with exponentially increasing faith....instead of running to hide amongst the rocks.
Of course we don't want to experience tribulation, but with preachers like William standing mostly alone and preaching true gospel, and to those lesser individuals such as myself who are not as vocal....there will be various crowns our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be blessed Himself to bestow upon the heads to those that deserve accordingly.
Stan, you have made some great observations concerning the situation we find ourselves within Christianity.
DeleteI have heard Christians say we will not see WW3 or difficult economic times because the rapture will rescue us. My reply is to ask them if Christians had to go through WW1 and WW2 and the depression?
And yes, faith and knowing how it will play out and being prepared as much as humanly possible through God's guidance does diminish fear.

And sadly, many of these Christians will fall away when they find themselves actually in tribulation, actually seeing the AC arrive on the scene.

Of course it would be wonderful to escape all that is coming and be raptured out of here. I believe the pretrib teachings is of the devil...to deceive well meaning Christians to not be as prepared. No one will save themselves and no one will think of or even be able to acquire what is TOTALLYneeded to survive. I have been prepping for years, and yet I KNOW without help from God, my preparing will not be close to being enough. To save myself will require power from God. Survival will be from our faith in Jesus Christ ...which by the way was Him causing us to be aware of the times and to prepare ...in thr first place!
God has us prepare all our lives for a rainy day. We have all through the history of mankind been prudently saving up food..or money for food, or growing crops and or raising animals for food. God gave us means to do so...and yet now if we also prepare for surviving into the tribulation...we are mocked as if we are trying "to save ourselves." by the ones that think the rapture is going to save them. To them I ask "Why don't you just sit at home and wait for the ravens to feed you right now? Of course the answer. is....God has us working by the sweat of our brow as long as we are in these mortal bodies. God gave us our backs and our minds how to use those backs and make a living while on earth.
Some will realize soon...some will probably deny the AC even. MANY will fall away as God Himself brings strong delusion to those that have rejected the truth presented right before their eyes. Having their ears massaged is not going to help them one bit. Those ears instead need to be rubbed hard till they pull away and think for themselves.
May God help us all be enlightened to the truth. :)

ReplyDeleteI believe that many will fall away in the coming times but if we remain faithful to our Father in Heaven then things will be ok. I'm not sure who it was in the Bible but a man keep the faith and God promised to protect them based on their faith.
I'm not saying it's going to be easy, but our faith in the Lord must be strong for these days ahead.
