An Open Letter to President Trump: Making America Great Again

Dear President Trump

I applaud you for your stated commitment to make America great again. As you know the problems in America are many and complex. However the solution to our many problems is actually very simple and is succinctly stated by God.

Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. Prov 14:34

As clearly stated by God, in order for our country to become great again, we need to return to “righteousness.” And how can our country do this? A righteous country is first achieved by individuals becoming righteous. Individual righteousness starts with each person, including myself and you Sir, admitting that they have sinned against a holy God.

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Rom 3:23

One must also realize that there is a penalty for being a sinner.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Rom 6:23

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Rev 21:8

As clearly stated the penalty for being a sinner is the lake of fire—hell. But God loves us and does not want us to go to hell and suffer forever in the lake of fire. So God sent His Son the Lord Jesus Christ to die on the cross and shed his blood so that our sins could be paid for. And it is through His payment that we can be freed from hell and obtain eternal life.

It is not enough to know these facts, each person has a choice as to whether to accept or reject the payment that Jesus has made for their sins. And how does one accept the free gift of salvation that Jesus offers to the entire world?

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. Eph 2:8,9

We are saved by faith. We must make a decision to place our faith in Christ by admitting we are a sinner, that we deserve hell for our sins, and that Jesus is God and that He died for our sins. We must then call out to the Lord in prayer and ask him to save us and believe that He will. I prayed a prayer like this.

Dear Lord Jesus

I am a sinner, I deserve hell. Thank you for dying for my sins on the cross. Come into my life, save me. I thank you that you have. Amen

When someone places their faith in Christ, Jesus comes into their life, saves them from their sins and they are born again into God’s family and will obtain eternal life.

This is the first step to individual righteousness and national righteousness, and thus making America great again. And you President Sir, as the leader of this great land, if you have not already, must take this step of faith to bring about your stated goals.

Furthermore in order for a country to obtain righteousness and greatness, not only must that country have inward righteousness, but it must also have outward righteousness and eradicate any and all sins against God and humanity that it is engaging in. The sins of America are many, the first and foremost of which is the killing of many innocent children who are snubbed out before they can see the light of day.

I know that you may not be able to make it illegal to kill the unborn, but you can make it difficult. Just as you are making it difficult for companies to leave our country, and terrorists to enter, I call on you Sir to make it very difficult for people to kill the unborn.

If America does not eradicate this sin it has no chance of becoming great again, and in fact has suffered judgments for this sin and will continue to suffer—this grievous sin must be stopped ASAP.

After dealing with this major national sin other issues such as returning our country to constitutional money, stopping the chemtrails, eradicating the liberal hedonistic indoctrination in our schools, stopping the flow of raw sewage coming out of the cesspool of Hollywood that is poisoning our children, etc., must also be stopped.

Remember God’s Word is true; righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people, and you Sir, with God’s help in returning our land to righteousness can make America great again.

Sincerely in Him
William Frederick, M. Div.
