Chapter 11
A Chronology of the End

10 ,9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, blast off! As a child I remember watching the launching of several Apollo mission rockets. One thing that stuck out in my mind was that the launches operated on a precise timeline. Nothing happened by chance everything was done meticulously and precisely at the right time. God has a precise timeline too, a timeline of prophetic events in which nothing will happen by chance but will occur precisely at the right time. Already having established a clear picture of the things that will happen before, during, and after the 70th Week of Daniel, and in what order, we will now turn our attention to examining a more exact timeline of the events associated with the end times.

First let me establish the fact that no one knows the day or hour of Christ’s return at the rapture. This is a doctrine and truth that the Lord Himself gave us:

But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark. And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

It is a fact that no one knows when the rapture will occur and the Day of the Lord will begin. But there are scriptural truths that allow us to assign chronological parameters for when the Day of the Lord may begin.

For instance, as already discussed, we know of several signs that will be given to us to let us know that His return at the rapture is imminent:

1. The great falling away.

2. The revealing of the antichrist and Abomination of Desolation.

3. The moon being turned to blood.

4. The sun being darkened.

5. The return of the prophet Elijah .

All of the events listed above precede the rapture, and will be signs to all who heed them that the time of Christ’s return to the clouds at the rapture is near. This is especially true of the sixth seal, which contains signs immediately preceding the rapture, where the sun is darkened and the moon is turned to blood. When we see these signs, we know that the time is very near, even though we do not know exactly when it will occur. It is possible that the rapture could occur within hours, minutes, or even seconds after the moon is turned to blood and the sun is darkened. We also know that the rapture will occur sometime between the midpoint of the last 7 years—when the antichrist will take over the world and the great tribulation begins—and Armageddon.

Other than these, are there any other scriptural truths that would allow us to further narrow down the time frame of the rapture? Yes I believe there is, and to help us answer that question, we first need to consider date parameters concerning the 69 weeks, 2 days, and the 70th week. We will discuss the 69 weeks first. An examination of the chronology of the sixty-nine weeks will show us how precisely God’s prophetic timing works. God told Daniel about the sixty-nine and seventieth weeks in a vision. That vision tells us that there will be seventy weeks of time from the decree to rebuild Jerusalem to when the most Holy is anointed.

Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. (Dan 9:24-26)

Sixty-nine of the seventy weeks in that vision have already transpired. The passage says that the sixty-nine weeks would run from the decree to rebuild Jerusalem, including the wall and street, to “Messiah the prince.” The decree to rebuild Jerusalem was recorded in Neh. 2:1-6:

And it came to pass in the month Nisan, in the twentieth year of Artaxerxes the king, that wine was before him: and I took up the wine, and gave it unto the king. Now I had not been beforetime sad in his presence. Wherefore the king said unto me, Why is thy countenance sad, seeing thou art not sick? this is nothing else but sorrow of heart. Then I was very sore afraid, And said unto the king, Let the king live for ever: why should not my countenance be sad, when the city, the place of my fathers’ sepulchres, lieth waste, and the gates thereof are consumed with fire? Then the king said unto me, For what dost thou make request? So I prayed to the God of heaven. And I said unto the king, If it please the king, and if thy servant have found favour in thy sight, that thou wouldest send me unto Judah, unto the city of my fathers’ sepulchres, that I may build it. And the king said unto me, (the queen also sitting by him,) For how long shall thy journey be? and when wilt thou return? So it pleased the king to send me; and I set him a time.

We see here that the decree was issued in the month Nisan of the twentieth year of Artaxerxes. When did that occur? Over the years, many have debated the dating of the decree. There are several methods for dating the reigning years of kings. The most widely accepted year for the twentieth year of Artaxerxes and this decree is 444 B.C. Hoehner explains all of the various dating methods and how this date is arrived at in his work, Chronological Aspects of the Life of Christ:

In conclusion, the report to Nehemiah (1:1) occurred in Chislev (November/December) of 445 B.C. and the decree of Artaxerxes (2:1) occurred in Nisan (March/April) of 444 B.C. Therefore, Nisan 444 B.C. marks the terminus a quo of the seventy weeks of Daniel 9:24-27.[1]

Nehemiah does not specify the exact day of the month of the decree. However, in Hebrew narratives, when a date is given citing just a month, it is assumed that it is the first day of the month. In addition, it was traditional for Persian kings to issue decrees on the first day of the New Year. The Persian New Year started on Nisan 1. Thus having established that the decree to rebuild Jerusalem most likely went forth on Nisan 1, 444 B.C., which is March 3, 444 B.C. (Gregorian)[2], we can add sixty-nine weeks to that date and see what date we come to.

A “week” in this passage is referring to a period of seven years. Thus, we can calculate the following: 69 x 7 = 483 years. But we cannot just add 483 years to March 3, 444 B.C. because all years in the Bible coincide with a year length of 360 days, not the approximately 365.25 days that we now experience and on which our calendar is based. The Biblical 360-day year length is evidenced in the Genesis flood account, where the waters covered the earth for 150 days, which was equated to five months, (5 x 30 = 150), and also in Revelation where the antichrist is given authority to rule for 3.5 years, which is equated to 1,260 days (3.5 x 360 = 1260). It is theorized that the earth, as confirmed in Genesis, was originally on a 360-day rotation pattern. Many cultures indicate that, around 800 B.C., some great astronomical phenomena occurred to change the rotation from a 360-day rotation to our current approx. 365.25-day rotation. Therefore, to apply Biblical chronological information to our calendar system, we must convert any 360-day years to 365.25-day years.

Here is the calculation for the 69 weeks;

69 weeks x 7 years = 483 years x 360 days = 173880 days divided by 365 = 476 years 140 days – 119 days (for leap years) + 4 days (for leap centuries) = 476 years 25 days.

Thus, if we start with the decree to rebuild Jerusalem issued by Artaxerxes on March 3, 444 B.C. (Gregorian) and add 476 years and 25 days (69 weeks) you come to March 27, 33 A.D. (Gregorian)[3]. [Note: From this point forward, and as previously denoted, all dates will be given in Gregorian even though they will not be annotated as such. Also, in Hebrew reckoning, part of a day is counted as a whole day. Therefore, in our calculation, 3/3/444 B.C. was day one. This principle of inclusive reckoning will also be applied to all date calculations here in.]

So the 69 weeks ended on March 27, 33 A.D. What happened on March 27, 33 A.D.? That was Palm Sunday when Jesus Christ presented Himself as the Messiah and King of the Jews to the Jewish people and to the world. That fulfilled prophecy speaks significantly of the validity of the fact that Jesus was the Messiah, and that the Bible truly is God’s Word. That day in the Hebrew calendar was 9 Nisan. The next day was 10 Nisan, when Jesus cleansed the temple and had His confrontation with the religious leaders. That day is also when the leadership decided to kill Jesus, as found in Mark 11:18: “And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.” Tradition tells us that Nisan 10 is also the day when the Jews would select the Passover lamb that would eventually be slaughtered between 3 PM and 5 PM on the afternoon before the start of Passover, which always occurred on Nisan 14. It just so happens that is exactly the date and time that Jesus died, about 3 PM. on Nisan 14, the afternoon before Passover in 33 AD.[4]

After the crucifixion on Nisan 14, 33 A.D. (Friday April 1, 33 A.D.) Jesus stayed in the tomb until early Sunday morning when He rose from the dead. “Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils” (Mark 16:9). During the time Jesus was in the tomb, He fulfilled the Feast of Unleavened Bread in that His sinless body did not decay. Jesus rose from the dead on 16 Nisan (April 3, 33 A.D.) the exact day of the Feast of First Fruits. Paul alludes to this fact in his statement: “But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept” (1 Cor. 15:20). The next feast fulfilled was the Feast of Weeks, better known as Pentecost. This feast occurred on Sunday, 6 Sivan (May 22, 33 A.D.), which was 50 days after the Feast of First Fruits. This feast was fulfilled with the pouring out of the Holy Spirit, which was accompanied with signs and wonders. Many contend that the historical church period began at Pentecost, and I agree with their assessment. Pentecost was the birthday of the Church. The exact alignment of these events show how precisely God controls prophetic events and how He aligned major prophetic events with the Spring feasts.

In summary; the seventy weeks of Daniel started with the issuing of the decree of Artaxerxes on March 3, 444 B.C. and ended sixty-nine weeks or 476 years and 25 days later on March 27, 33 A.D. at the triumphal entry. There was then a gap of 57 days in which all four spring feasts were fulfilled, the last of which was Pentecost, which occurred on May 22, 33 A.D.—the start of the historical church period. I believe that the reason for the 57-day gap was likely to align the start of the historical church period with the Feast of Pentecost and to fulfill the four spring feasts outside of the sixty-nine weeks. Thus, it readily stands to reason that sixty-nine weeks have transpired for Israel and only one week is left, the 70th Week. But as we all know, the 70th Week, which is detailed in Revelation, as of the writing of this book, has not yet begun. Between the sixty-ninth and the 70th Week is the time that Israel has been rejected and is being disciplined by God.

The time in which Israel has been disciplined and rejected by God is the “two days.” Hosea 6:1–2 tells us about the two days.

Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. (italics mine)

This passage tells us that God has disciplined and rejected Israel for two days because of their sin. After the two days, God will revive Israel; and in the third day, He will raise them up, meaning that Israel will be made alive—that is, they will be saved. When did God “officially” reject Israel? Many believe that this began at the birth of the church, which occurred at Pentecost. Some say it occurred at the ripping of the veil. Others say it occurred at the destruction of the temple in 70 AD. Out of all of these, I believe the most probable is Pentecost. Thus, if we assume that Israel was rejected at Pentecost, the birthday of the church, the two days that Israel has been rejected would have started then. This period of time can also be referred to as the historical church period....

The Son of Perdition

“I am God!” I expect to hear this statement coming out of the mouth of the man that will be the first and last human ruler of the entire world—the antichrist. And, believe it or not, many will believe his words and fall for his deception, and he will be heralded as the greatest man to ever live as he brings peace to a worn-torn, tumultuous world. Yes, there is coming a day when the world will cry out for someone to bring peace to the world and rule over them. After the chaos of the first four seals unfolds upon the earth—financial collapse, WWIII, famines, plagues, and death — and the desperation during the aftermath; the world will unfortunately turn to a man filled with satan to solve its problems — the false messiah, the son of perdition, the antichrist.

Since authority over the world will be given to him for the last 3.5 years of the 70th Week, his actions will affect every person living on the earth at that time. With the opening of the fifth seal, no one on earth will be able to buy or sell without taking his mark (Rev. 13:16,17) and he will wage war against Christians and Jews and they will suffer severe persecution at his hands: “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” (Rev 13:7) Here is what the illuminati plan revealed in the “Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion” say about his reign of despotism “and our kingdom will be distinguished by a despotism of such magnificent proportions as to be at any moment and in every place in a position to wipe out any ... who oppose us by deed or word."

We have briefly discussed the antichrist throughout the book, but since he will hold such a prominent position—the head of the NWO—and will affect so many, I believe that we should examine the biblical facts and other pertinent information about him. Exposing him may also help some avoid the trap of his deceptions.

What the Prophecies Reveal

One of the most prominent, easily recognized, and most likely public actions of the antichrist prophesied in scripture, which we have already discussed in detail, is that in the midst of the 70th Week, he will strengthen the seven-year peace treaty that was made with “the many.”

And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. (Dan. 9:27)

Not only will he strengthen the peace treaty that will have already been in existence before he comes on the scene, but also this verse tells us another prominent action of the antichrist—that he will perform the abomination of desolation. This is when he will enter the temple and stop the sacrifices and proclaim to the entire world that he is god.

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. (2 Thess. 2: 3,4)

Of course this cannot happen until there is a temple, which will most likely be rebuilt during the first half of the 70th Week after the Dome of the Rock is destroyed by his henchmen. Daniel gives us more insights about the antichrist and his religious beliefs.

Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all. But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things. Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain. (Dan. 11:37-39)

Some interpret this verse to mean the antichrist will worship a god of forces/science and that he will set himself above all gods. The phrase “nor the desire of women” could refer to the fact that he will not worship a female god or could be in regards to his sexual orientation...

 

 

Know Fear -- No Fear

When the world enters into the end times it will be one of the most tumultuous periods in its existence. The sorrows and tribulations that will be coming upon the world in that time are going to be intense. I must admit that thinking about the future has brought fear into my heart and may have brought fear into yours. Some do not even want to talk about the end times because it frightens them too much.

I know this; God does not want you to be afraid and God does want you to know the truth about the end times--for "the truth will set you free."

So how can we not be afraid? The answer; by fearing God.

For the LORD spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying, 12 Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid. 13 Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread. 14 And he shall be for a sanctuary; Isaiah 8:11-14

If we fear God by acknowledging who He is, the infinitely powerful creator who holds us accountable for our sins, and call out to Him to be saved we become one of His children. Just as parents have a desire protect their children, God will protect His in an infinitely greater way.

So the fear of the Lord brings protection and with protection comes the removal of fear. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: Prov 1:7a and that knowledge will vanquish fear.

What will God specifically do for His children? Job 5 gives a good summary: Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: 18 For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole. 19 He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. 20 In famine he shall redeem thee from death: and in war from the power of the sword. 21 Thou shalt be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shalt thou be afraid of destruction when it cometh. 22 At destruction and famine thou shalt laugh: neither shalt thou be afraid of the beasts of the earth. 23 For thou shalt be in league with the stones of the field: and the beasts of the field shall be at peace with thee. 24 And thou shalt know that thy tabernacle shall be in peace; and thou shalt visit thy habitation, and shalt not sin. 25 Thou shalt know also that thy seed shall be great, and thine offspring as the grass of the earth. 26 Thou shalt come to thy grave in a full age, like as a shock of corn cometh in in his season. 27 Lo this, we have searched it, so it is; hear it, and know thou it for thy good.

If we fear the Lord and are saved and become His child He will protect us and He will only allow times of tribulation and anguish to come upon us if it is for our good. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Rom 8:28. Problems can also come upon us for chastisement because of our disobedience. For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. 1Cor 11:30.

To sum it all up: Knowing fear leads to no fear. Let us rest securely in our Father's hands.

The Fourth Beast

Have you ever heard the term “New World Order?” That is the term given to the coming one world government. Former President Bush made reference to the NWO in several speeches. The Washington Times recently reported on the fact that President George Bush called for just such a New World Order while giving a speech in Canada:

HALIFAX, Nova Scotia — President Bush yesterday challenged international leaders to create a new world order, declaring pre-September 11 multilateralism outmoded and asserting that freedom from terrorism will come only through pre-emptive action against enemies of democracy.[1]

In his inauguration speech, President Bush also acknowledged that the United States is going forward with the plan set about to bring in the “new order of the ages” or in other words the New World Order.[2] This coming one world government, NWO, was foreseen by Daniel thousands of years ago in a vision.

After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. (Dan 7:7-8)

Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast…Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end. And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him. (Dan 7:19-27)

The apostle John also saw a vision of the end times demonic world kingdom in Revelation 13.

And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. (Rev 13:1-8)

This most dreadful world empire represented by the fourth beast will be controlled by the devil himself, of which the antichrist will be the leader for the last 3.5 years of the 70th Week. The NWO, the final world kingdom, will be the supreme entity on the earth during the end-times, and this final world kingdom will directly and indirectly affect many people’s lives. They will be responsible for much of what occurs on the earth during the 70th Week and directly responsible for the first 5 seals. I feel it is necessary for people to know about the NWO so that people would not be caught off guard by their actions. The more you know about the NWO, the more you can help others avoid the great deception that is coming and that is already at work in the world today.

What Is the New World Order?
Throughout the ages many people—starting with Adam and Eve—have been deceived into following satan and doing his bidding. For the last couple of hundred years, satan has gathered a group of people whose goal has been to take over the world and form a one-world government. This group of people could best be called ”the illuminati.” And can refer to any group which has “seen the light” and been “illuminated” in the satanic way described above. This would include Masons, Theosophists, Knights Templar, satanists, pagans, and New Age adherents. All of these groups are very similar in belief.[3]

Here is a quote from New Age adherent and promoter David Spangler that shows the satan/Illuminati/New Age connection.

Lucifer is the angel of man’s inner light….Lucifer, like Christ, stands at the door of man’s consciousness and knocks….If man says, ‘Come in,’ Lucifer becomes….the being who carries…the light of wisdom….Lucifer is literally the angel of experience. He is an agent of God’s love…and we move into a new age…each of us in some way is brought to that point which I term the Luceriferic initiation….It is one that many people now, and in the days ahead, will be facing, for it is an initiation into the New Age.[4]

In recent years, Illuminati have risen to the top of world and national politics. Here is a list of a few of the reported modern day Illuminati groups: The Carnegies, The CFR, The Bilderbergers, The Rothschilds, and the Tri Lateral Commission. Illuminati are in key world positions and control much of what happens in the world. Listen to what Jim Searcy has to say about the power and control of the Illuminati:...

[41] Some have cited Luke 21:12-24 as evidence that WWIII occurs after the Abomination of Desolation. One reason that they surmise this is because the passage says; “But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name’s sake.” Thus, they assert that the things mentioned above all happen after Seal 5. If you just take the Luke passage alone, that is a logical conclusion, but taking into account the Matthew and Mark passage, which places the “nation arising against nation” before the Abomination of Desolation, this creates a contradiction. Scripture cannot contradict scripture; thus there has to be another interpretation for the Luke passage. The other interpretation is that the persecution that would happen before all these sorrows is the persecution that the first century Christians endured. Here is what Ryrie has to say about this in his Study Bible. “Luke 21-7 when …will these things happen? There is a dual perspective in Christ’s answer—the destruction of Jerusalem in A.D. 70 and the tribulation days just prior to his Second Coming.” So I believe that the persecution that will occur before the great wars mentioned in the Luke passage is in reference to the persecution that the first century Christians endured.

3 Lines to Israel; One for Life, Two for Death

There are three lines; 2 are for death and one is for life. What will you choose America? What will you choose Israel? Here is the rest of the story...

The other night as I was reading my Bible for my nightly devotions I randomly turned to 2 Samuel 8. The second verse hit me like a ton of bricks.

And after this it came to pass that David smote the Philistines, and subdued them: and David took Methegammah out of the hand of the Philistines. 2And he smote Moab, and measured them with a line, casting them down to the ground; even with two lines measured he to put to death, and with one full line to keep alive. And so the Moabites became David's servants, and brought gifts. (2Samuel 8:1,2)

Let's investigate the passage and see what it means. The phrase "with a line" only occurs once in the KJV. Strong's defines the word like this.

Matthew Henry comments on the passage;

God had given David rest from all his enemies that opposed him and made head against him; and he having made a good use of that rest, has now commission given him to make war upon them, and to act offensively for the avenging of Israel’s quarrels and the recovery of their rights; for as yet they were not in full possession of that country to which by the promise of God they were entitled...

He smote the Moabites, and made them tributaries to Israel, v. 2. He divided the country into three parts, two of which he destroyed, casting down the strong-holds, and putting all to the sword; the third part he spared, to till the ground and be servants to Israel. Dr. Lightfoot says, "He laid them on the ground and measured them with a cord, who should be slain and who should live;’’ and this is called meting out the valley of Succoth, Ps. 60:6. The Jews say he used this severity with the Moabites because they had slain his parents and brethren, whom he put under the protection of the king of Moab during his exile, 1 Sa. 22:3, 4. He did it in justice, because they had been dangerous enemies to the Israel of God; and in policy, because, if left in their strength, they still would have been so. But observe, Though it was necessary that two-thirds should be cut off, yet the line that was to keep alive, though it was but one, is ordered to be a full line. Be sure to give that length enough; let the line of mercy be stretched to the utmost in favorem vitae—so as to favour life. Matthew Henry Commentary

In the post "A-lining" With Israel it was shown that there are three lines that align with prominent locations in the United States and Israel. One that goes through the capital in Washington D.C., the first capital in New York, and the Golan Heights. The second goes through the capital in Washington D.C., the second capital in Philadelphia, and the Gaza Strip. The third goes through Independence Hall and the Temple Mount and aligns with "interesting" locations in the USA. It was also shown that these lines have profound prophetic implications.

So we have 3 prominent lines between the USA and Israel and 2 days after the study was posted as I randomly open my Bible God brings me to the only passage in scripture that contains the phrase "with a line," and a passage that references three lines! I find this highly significant and beyond coincidence.

Here are the implications as I see it. First; I take this occurrence as a confirmation from God for the information in the "A-lining" With Israel post. Secondly; I believe that the 2 lines of death are the lines that point to the Golan Heights and the Gaza Strip, and that if we force Israel to divide her land and give back these territories as is being promoted by many, that God will allow satan to destroy our land. I also believe that it is highly possible that just as David divided the land of the Moabites and killed those who lived within certain boundaries divided by the lines that God will allow satan to destroy portions of our land divided by those lines--possibly New York, Washington, Philadelphia or even the areas between them. Third our line of life is our supporting Israel's right to her land, our "chevron" of protection. We are in "dainger" if we choose to force her to divide it.

God brought another thought to my mind; check where Katrina made landfall.


Look how close the line between the Temple Mount and Independence Hall is to where Katrina made land fall. As a matter of fact all three lines come close to this area.


Look at the proximity of the line to what counties were declared Federal disaster areas.


Many think that Katrina was a direct result of the USA pressuring Israel to remove settlers from the Gaza Strip as outlined in this article by World Net Daily.

JERUSALEM – While most religious authorities seem to agree one cannot discern the intentions of God, there has been talk in some circles here and on the Internet that the storm that turned parts of the Gulf Coast into a disaster zone, prompting hundreds of thousands to evacuate their homes and possibly causing upwards of 10,000 deaths, was thrust upon the U.S. for its support of the Gaza evacuation.

"Katrina is a consequence of the destruction of [Gaza's] Gush Katif [slate of Jewish communities] with America's urging and encouragement," Rabbi Avraham Shmuel Lewin, executive director of the Rabbinic Congress for Peace, told WND. "The U.S. should have discouraged Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon from implementing the Gaza evacuation rather than pushing for it and pressuring Israel into concessions..."

The article goes on to describe similarities between the two events. This all brings me to repeat what I said before in the "A-lining With Israel" post; AMERICA DO NOT DIVIDE THE LAND OF ISRAEL!

Today in my devotions the Lord brought me to a passage which I believe is a message for Israel, who is not innocent in her dealings.

1The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying, 2Stand in the gate of the LORD's house, and proclaim there this word, and say, Hear the word of the LORD, all ye of Judah, that enter in at these gates to worship the LORD. 3Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place. 4Trust ye not in lying words, saying, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, are these. 5For if ye throughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye throughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour; 6If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt: 7Then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever. Jeremiah 7:1-7

Do you, O Israel, want to dwell securely and peacefully in your land and prosper? Then turn to Jesus and accept Him as your Messiah. One day after you have been deceived and ravaged by the antichrist one third of you, O Israel, will and you will be saved and dwell in the land peacefully and you will prosper.

And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God. (Zech 13:8–9)

7Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it. 8For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him: 9But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them. 10Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid. 11For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet I will not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished. Jeremiah 30:7-11.

There are three lines; 2 are for death and one is for life. What will you choose America? What will you choose Israel?
